Open plan living/dining room and kitchen. Free use of tennis and basketball court (walking distance). Near golf course.

Zona giorno con doppio divano, zona pranzo, cucina separata moderna e accessoriata, tre camere matrimoniali (due con ingresso esterno dal patio privato), due bagni con ampie docce, doccia esterna, patii con zone conversazione, loggiato con zona pranzo. Aria condizionata. La Villa è nel prestigioso contesto residenziale “Collinetta di Capo Boi” presidiato da custode. La spiaggia è molto vicina, 150 m.

In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

Totally renovated following Covid19, the apartment guarantees maximum privacy and is suitable for a maximum of two people. Located on a slight hill, a few minutes from the sea, it has a double bedroom, large bathroom, designer kitchen, lounge area, Wi-fi, fan and air conditioning. Parquet floors and hand made furniture. Surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden, it is ideal for those who love the sun, nature and the sea. Private entrance with parking and equipped garden area.
