Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

In het hart van Capoterra, op 19 minuten rijden van het centrum van Cagliari, ligt Villa Gloma in een mooi herenhuis. Het vakantiehuis heeft een woonkamer met een slaapbank, een goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 slaapkamers (waarvan één met een stapelbed) en een badkamer en is geschikt voor 6 personen. Het heeft ook airconditioning en televisie. In je eigen buitenruimte vind je een tuin met een barbecue (die ook door de eigenaren wordt gebruikt).

Het vakantiehuis van 50 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 5 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn airconditioning, een ventilator, een wasmachine en een tv. Een kinderstoel is ook beschikbaar.

De woning Su Pardu ligt in het plaatsje Capoterra, op enkele tientallen minuten rijden van de mooiste stranden in de omgeving. In Capoterra vind je alle diensten en voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Vlakbij het huis zijn er supermarkten, winkels, restaurants, bars en andere diensten. Het strand van La Maddalena ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden, net als Sa Cardiga en restaurant Su Schironi, een van de beste in de omgeving.
