Very clean and comfortable apartment Leonida & Stefania were so helpful and very responsive at anytime, the apartment is really matching the photos in the description, lots of parking spots near to the apartment ( paid with very good price ) , it was pleasure staying and communicating with Leonida & Stefania , recommended.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Federica. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist eine tolle Lage, sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder. Claudia, die Freundin von Federica hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert, sie sowie Federica sind sehr hilfsbereit . Check-in war einwandfrei, unkompliziert. Lieben Dank für alles 🌸

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Wir wurden herzlich von Morena, der Tochter der Gastgeber, empfangen. Sie hatte für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von etwas Süßem, Olivenöl und Schnaps vorbereitet und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Außerdem gab sie uns zahlreiche tolle Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants – alle waren wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft konnten wir leicht verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen, und die nahegelegenen Strände zählen zu den schönsten, die ich je besucht habe. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne und gepflegte, ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Swimmingpool mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Francesco ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch tägliche Empfehlungen erhält man bei ihm. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man braucht.

Ottima posizione del locale, molto vicino al mare e in un quartiere tranquillo. Molto vicini anche diversi servizi, come ad esempio alcuni supermercati. L'ambiente si è presentato molto pulito e ampio, le foto rispecchiano correttamente il locale. Particolare attenzione va al terrazzino dove potersi riposare nelle ore più calde in quanto mai esposto al sole durante l'arco della giornata. Gli host si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a dispensare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui posti dove andare a mangiare.

wir waren für 5 Nächte mit zwei Kindern und Hund in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. trotz Wind und Wetter hat man auf der Terrasse eine gute Möglichkeit zum Essen und verweilen. wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten so auch gut die umliegenden Strände erkunden. erwähnenswert sind auch die bequemen Betten und das schöne Badezimmer. insgesamt eine sehr gute Mischung von alt und neu!

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Ben oltre le aspettative, l’appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante una vacanza, accogliente e comodo, un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge vicine e anche quelle non così vicine. Peccato non poter rimanere di più. Un plus notevole avere a disposizione due bagni, la lavatrice e il parcheggio privato nel cortile interno.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir waren vier Wochen, von Mitte Oktober bis Mitte November, in Federico’s Haus. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Wir genossen jeden Morgen den wunderschönen Garten für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Besonders möchten wir die Grosszügigkeit und das Vertrauen von Federico uns gegenüber erwähnen. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns, zeigte uns das Haus und den Garten, überreichte uns einen tollen Geschenkkorb mit Sardischen Spezialitäten und erklärte uns die wichtigen Funktionen im Haus. Wir waren schon in vielen Airbnb Häusern und Wohnungen, fanden aber noch nie so viele private Kunstgegenstände und Bilder vor. Sehr grosszügig war, dass wir unser Elektroauto kostenlos an der Wallbox im Garten mit dem vor Ort produzierten Sonnenstrom laden durften. Federico war immer sofort erreichbar und löste auftretende kleine Probleme umgehend oder erklärte uns, was zu tun war. Wir können das Haus von Federico nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Très bon séjour chez Paolo qui a été un hôte exceptionnel et qui a su s'adapter malgré nos retards, encore merci ! Le logement est très joli, il y a tout le nécessaire, il est propre et spacieux. Très beau cadre !

Ho soggiornato con 2 amici, la casa è ordinata e offre tutti i servizi descritti. Estrema flessibilità per check in e check out. Vicina al centro di Cagliari che si può raggiungere bene con auto e mezzi pubblici. Gli host sono molto disponibili e ospitali, difficile chiedere di meglio! 😀

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Il soggiorno è stato è stato molto piacevole, Corrado è un host disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei suoi affittuari. Ci ha fornito chiare indicazioni sui luoghi più belli da visitare e sulle attrazioni più significative nelle vicinanze. La casa è bellissima dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e di ampi spazi esterni; il prezzo vale assolutamente l’ alloggio proposto, dovessimo tornare in zona penseremo sicuramente a Corrado!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Casa carina e semplice, ma dotata di tutto. Non le manca niente. Splendida vista dalla terrazza. Stafano carinissimo e reattivo su tutto.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
