Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
