A large bedroom with en suite bathroom with excellent shower. Sleigh king size bed. Private second room containing a sofa and a double bed over looking the gardens. This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. There is only the one bathroom and that is en suite to the main bedroom. Free use of the tennis court & courtyard. A complimentary light continental breakfast is provided. Enjoy your stay.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Self contained bed & breakfast accommodation on a farm surrounded by Bodmin Moor countryside. The one bedroom annexe, our only guest room, is next to the farmhouse with its own entrance, large bedroom/sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and modern bathroom. This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.
