The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.
