This place is a little gem! It’s ideally located, snug and cosy and has everything. Meg was very friendly and responded quickly to any of my questions. For certain, we will be staying here again 👍

Beautiful in so many ways!! The views are outstanding and location is so peaceful. Lovely outside space with all you may need. Watching the outside countryside while in the hot tub was stunning. The hut had all you needed with the finishing touches. Well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfy. Supermarket only 5 minutes drive and lovely local pubs. We weren’t greeted with the weather but still a lovely place to set the fire and enjoy the views, Highly recommend! Will definetly be returning! ❤️

We stayed in the Bohemian Hut. Inside was cosy, with a comfy bed with newly-bought bedding. The view from the hut was beautiful, and it was lovely to have private decking with seating. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and the shower and toilet blocks were clean with hot water. Dale was very welcoming and on-hand for anything we needed, brilliant host. We have recommended this to our family and friends.

A simple and small shepherd's hut in the magical Cotna valley, surrounded by and embedded in, young and old trees and next to wondruos gardens with an enchanting outdoor seating area. Own outdoor kitchen next to a yurt (cutlery, salt and pepper provided, a fridge a stroll away) and a warm shower amongst hawthorne trees. I ordered the delicious organic breakfast hamper and fell in love with the sourdough buns. Truly the best I'ever tasted and they also made my stomach purr. Sara very kindly showed me how to make them. A very kind and relaxed host, lovely to chat too! Cotna is right next to gorgeous woodland tracks and to one of the most beautiful and wild British coastlines I've met.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Trisha was there to meet us for check in. The field adjacent was great for walking my dog. The hut itself was stunning and could easily of just moved in. Was me, my partner and our dog. More than enough room for us!!! Would definitely return and Mark the landlord of The Engine Inn very welcoming and two minute walk from the hut - if you go the drinks are expensive but the roast was lush!!!

A great find. Very cosy and peaceful cabin in a brilliant location - walking distance to st Ives but lovely to be out of the town and away from the business. Lots of great walks and beaches nearby. Useful kitchen (well stocked with cutlery and pans and a clean fridge for shared used. Note - no oil/spices etc so if you want these be sure to bring them). Overall a great stay and was exactly as we hoped

Had a really nice stay, felt at home straight away and host Anneli was very friendly and helpful :) Hut is very cozy and location is peaceful, we had a lovely BBQ in the evening and one of the best sleep in a long time! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for places to stay in Cornwall and are unsure. Thank you for making our visit extra special! :)

We’ve just returned from the most beautiful, soul-soothing Easter weekend at Fiona’s Shepherd’s Hut, and I’m still feeling the peace it gifted us. Tucked away in this serene little corner of nature, it truly was the perfect sanctuary for us 3. From starlit soaks in the hot tub to slow mornings with nothing but birdsong, we were able to truly rest, reset, and reconnect — with each other, and with ourselves. The space holds such a gentle, nurturing energy… it reminded me what stillness really feels like. Fiona, Phoebe & Fennella — thank you for creating this haven. We leave full of gratitude. We loved our stay in the Shepherds hut. It was so cosy and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location within easy walking distance to town.

We had a lovely, short break at Tressa. The hut was lovely and cosy with everything we needed and was in a great location, close to the beaches and a short drive to Padstow. Andrea and Tom were very welcoming and helpful and we hope to return for another stay before long.

Beautiful view from the hut, it warmed up nice and fast with the wood stove as well. Could have easily stayed more nights!

The hut was brilliant, we watched the sunset from the hot tub each night which was beautiful and so quiet. The place has everything you need and it’s easily walkable to Boscastle centre although it does feel a lot harder on the way back up the hill :) the local pubs were great and we loved getting out walking on the coast path. We had such a lovely stay - Linda provided lots of information before our stay and the instructions for check in were very easy to follow. The location was so peaceful and serene and perfect for watching a sunset. Particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs we were given during our stay and meeting Gloria! Had an amazing few days as Diddylake, it was so charming and peaceful, would highly recommend for anyone hoping to have a peaceful getaway and disconnect from the outside world.

Lovely little shepherds hut, cream tea to welcome us on arrival. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. Easy to find with clear directions and a helpful book of local walks/attractions. Hosts were friendly and communicative, would definitely stay again.

Wow what a place. Definitely recommend to couples. Hut is amazing super clean and enough space for two. Your utility are outside in other hut very clean and very spacious. Very nice looking garden. Its lots I can say but best way is to go there and enjoy. Big thanks to Alison to have Us. Definitely come back again🫶

I was attending a yoga course 5 mins drive from the shepherds hut and found this place on Air bnb and it was just perfect. Place was exactly as described and I felt so comfortable and relaxed there. Shepherds hut is cosy, private bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area and plenty of outdoor space. Everything was clean and spotless. Met the hosts and their little girl plus Alfie the dog and they were so lovely and welcoming. I loved the train ride - such a unique experience! Thank you I cannot reccommend more highly and will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay for one night here! The place is absolutely gorgeous and the animals were so cute! G was very helpful when we had left a bag there! Everything was very clean. Cookware was great. Thank you will defo stay again.

Rachel’s place was everything I needed and more for a great few days of escapism on my own. The shepherds hut was so well thought out with everything I could possibly need & a very comfortable bed! The Lizard always feels like coming home to me and it was made to feel all the more welcoming by Rachel & little Pentire. Thanks again for a wonderful stay Rachel, I’ll definitely be back!

Celebrated my partners birthday here and it was beautiful! The surroundings were beautiful and the hut was lovely. We both felt completely relaxed and comfortable here. The hot tub was lush and we enjoyed our evenings sat by the fire with the BBQ on!
