Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Cosy tiny home by Fowey estuary

The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A haven for the restless, Hillcest Hideaway invites you to pause and unwind. Nestled on the edge of Nanstallon, this contemporary retreat offers space to breathe. Step onto the deck, let the scent of cedarwood envelop you in the wood-fired sauna, then dare a plunge in the cold roll-top bath. Sink into the steaming hot tub, fizz in hand, and soak up the rolling landscape. With the Camel Trail and Camel Valley Vineyard nearby, this black cabin is a place to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

This 16th century boathouse has been lovingly converted into a highly unique accommodation for two. Tangier Quay Boathouse is a bijou, 7 metre x 3 metre harbourage right on the Polruan waterfront. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

The Beachhouse is a unique gem in a truly magical Cornish Cove. The sandy cove of Porthgwarra is at the end of your private garden. The SWCP & the sea runs alongside the property. You can walk out of the front door & up to Hella Point or you can go straight down to the beach. Lands End, Sennen, Minack Theatre, & Porthcurno are all a short walk away. Secret beaches plus lots of wild birds & sea life incl. seals. A very special place. WiFi is good & stable as switched to Starlink.

Baileys Little House time to relax

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
