Immergiti nelle tue vacanze in questa casa a 300 metri dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e riservata a due passi dalla prima spiaggia e pochi minuti di auto da tutte quelle di Chia. Villetta indipendente su tre lati composta da due camere, bagno, soggiorno con cucina ben accessoriata e giardino privato recintato con bbq e tavolo ombreggiato. Balcone in camera. Questa è la torretta che sovrasta Chia offrendo un meraviglioso panorama su tutta la baia. Gli ospiti della torretta hanno accesso ad un’ampia piscina condivisa e sono a pochi minuti da negozi e spiagge.
