A traditional Scottish cottage a with modern interior. Enjoy this calm, relaxing space with free off street parking on driveway. No cleaning fee. The cottage is situated a short walk to the centre of Broughty Ferry, the beach and close to bus stops and train station and the many cafes, bars, traditional pubs, restaurants, independent shops, art gallery, the harbour and Broughty Castle. Orchar Park, leading to Broughty Ferry beach and esplanade is less than 100 metres from the cottage.

Stylish, Modern Home in Central Dundee. Sleeps 4

Stylish home decorated with style and comfort in mind. We can boast about a king size bed in the master bedroom and a 4K TV in there too. We have wireless chargers in every room and a working desk with blue tooth speaker and USB ports. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We’re right in the centre, very close to the university and parking facilities. Very close to the bus station and 5-7 mins walk from the train station this really is the ideal.

This newly refurbished, self-contained flat with front and back door access is located in Broughty Ferry - a 50 yard walk from the banks of the gorgeous River Tay. Double bedroom with king size bed, large lounge with sofa bed, smart TV and dining table for four. Fully equipped kitchen, newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and you also have free WIFI. Here is my unique space. The house is modern and very spacious. Large marble dining table in the kitchen seats 6. King size tv also in the kitchen area. Super king size bed in the master bedroom and king size bed in the double bedroom. Living area is very comfortable and spacious my. You will have access to the spa cave (out house) where you can wind down and use the hot tub and sauna, there is a king size bed and a lazy boy to chill out on.
