The house is built into a barn. It has rustic charm and modern comforts. It's situated in a beautiful valley with a lovely view. The back porch and yard are nice places for relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive.
