The accommodation Sleeps up to four with a double bed and large day bed . Facilities include wet room sleeping/living and kitchen facilities. There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Annexe with Sea View, Private Entrance & Parking

This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. A deceptively spacious terrace cottage which has recently been redecorated throughout and equipped with new appliances. Situated on a quiet residential road, opposite the old tram line. 5 minutes walk from Folkestone's Harbour and sandy Sunny Sands beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the Creative Quarter, charming cobbled Old High Street and all that Folkestone has to offer. Ideally placed to explore the many local coastal paths and various Kent attractions such as Port Lympne zoo too.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

A stylish, laid back retreat minutes from the sea. With the option of enjoying a relaxing sauna and invigorating cold plunge which is paid for separately. Alba Lodge is a light, airy, double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed and freshen up in the large walk in shower. The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

We aim to provide a quiet relaxing break, whether you are en route to/from Europe, sightseeing or enjoying walking the stunning coastline and many long distance footpaths.

Come and stay at our lovely little shepherds hut 'Barrows Hut'. Located in a peaceful surrounding with undisturbed views. Enjoy the unique experience of spending the night in a shepherds hut but with the luxury of modern comforts. You can enjoy a full size walk in shower, comfy double bed and a kitchen. Enjoy and relax with a cup of tea or glass of bubbles outside on the patio or decked area in your own private garden with an option for a fire pit.

The Stable, Redsole Farm House

A peaceful retreat for 2 guests on our small holding. Only two well behaved dogs are accepted, all other animals are not allowed. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford International for the Eurostar to the continent.
