L'appartement ensoleillé est très calme avec un grand jardin et une magnifique terrasse en bois. Il est fonctionnel et plein de charme. Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple. Nous sommes desservis par les transports en commun (arrêt navette TGV et bus urbain à 3 minutes. Notre jardin verdoyant est reposant. Nous offrons une place de parking exclusivement réservée à l'appartement.

La borgata della carlevaro si trova in mezzo ad una radura, circondata dal bosco, raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti dalla strada statale, e quindi da tutti i servizi che i paesi di melle e frassino possono offrire (ottimi ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, etc)
