We love this place! Everything was the same as shared in the pictures in the listing, and the whole house/apartment was very clean and complete with essentials. The beds were comfy and there were 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families and huge friend groups. The hosts were very responsive as well and nice and easy to talk to. Location was amazing — we had a coffee shop right below us, and the coffee was perfection. There are a lot of cute local boutique shops as well as local restaurants around the neighborhood that we had a hard time choosing which ones to prioritize lol. We're also pretty close to the airport and the old city. All in all, an amazing stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful hosts.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

Prisana's is a great host, helpful and communicated very quickly when we had a query. The house is beautiful as is the outside space. Once you have accustomed yourself to the surrounding area it's a joy to live in such a wonderful place, full of everything you could want or need. To reach the city and all that has to offer is easy using local taxi's from an app such as 'Grab'. If you had any questions or need advise Prisana answers your questions very quickly, she also sends messages with local activities / festivals etc that are taking place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return again myself, thank you so much Prisana, you have a wonderful property in a wonderful location.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

A lovely house in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, with all the shops and restaurants of Nimman within easy walking distance. We needed something last minute after the earthquake affected our travel plans and Ton and Narisara were the perfect hosts; quick to respond, super helpful and kind by checking in to see if we needed anything. The house itself is large, comfortable and very clean. Someone even came around one day to water the lush plants in the garden. We loved the renovated bathrooms and thoughtful living areas. The location couldn't be better,close to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall, there is anything you want to find yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that made us feel like locals. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional attention to detail. From the warm welcome to the well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding, every aspect showed genuine care for guests' comfort. The space was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. And welcome basket made us feel extra special. The entire property radiates a warm, homey atmosphere that's hard to find in regular hotels. We especially enjoyed the garden area and living room. It's clear the hosts put heart into creating a space where guests can truly relax. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and character. Incredible location, walking distance from One nimman and many 7-11s. Many other cool cafes and restaurants are located just a stone throw away. John was very patient with all my queries. The place was well equipped for our needs. All the appliances worked well. The washer was a saviour. The place even had an air purifier. Made us worry less about the burning season. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

The house is beautiful and well equipped. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the center, but there are several temples and friendly locals on the way so it's not a big deal. There’s plenty of privacy but if you need something, the host and her warm and friendly mother is there to help you. The laundry service is fast and very affordable. There is a tap with drinking water that I haven't seen anywhere in Thailand. A plenty of love and ideas were put into this place and you can feel it. I'd recommend this accommodations to anybody who is willing to walk a bit for the extra tranquility.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. The unit was great and well outfitted. We loved how close it was to the sites of Chiang Mai. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was super clean and we had a wonderful stay!

The listing: Clean, spacious and very conveniently located—you could walk to One Nimman and other night markets! The host: Meena is very attentive and helpful! Meena also gave clear instructions, amenities (important for incoming guests so we can pack beforehand!) and both check in and check out were smooth. Can’t recommend Meena and her listing enough if you want to chill in Chiang Mai!

비행기 소음은 예상하고 와야합니다. 처음 도착한 날에는 잠을 못 잘 정도였어요. 다만 님만해민 지역은 모두 이런 수준이고 이틀차 부터는 적응해서 괜찮아집니다! 집은 사진보다 더 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있고 머무는 7일 내내 만족했어요. 님만해민에 위치하지만 조용한 골목에 있어서 비행기 소음 외에는 정말 조용하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요! 호스트도 너무 친절하고 빠르게 회신주어서 행복한 휴가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 추천할 의사가 강력히 있어요!

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo in central Chiang Mai. The unit was spacious and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I stayed here in Chiang Mai for 4 days and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, and in a great location—close to massage, cafes, and One Nimman. It had everything I needed: a comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, AC, and a small kitchen. The building also had a pool, gym, and 24/7 security. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommended
