Hot tub, 5 bedrooms- 2hrs from Toronto

This cottage has lots of space & is a favourite for families or reunions. Even large groups will find they have room for private time and group hang outs. The river is slow moving and warm in the summer months but too cold and fast for swimming or boating in the off season (usually Nov-May). No development across the river and neighbours two lots away on either side makes for a private and quiet experience. A games room, board games, wii & gym space give you lots to do on rainy days.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is situated on a large partially treed property in the Kawarthas. This property includes a lake lot at the bottom of the hill with a dock to access Stoney Lake. Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)

Located just an hour from the GTA on Pigeon Lake this cozy 4 season waterfront cottage is the perfect getaway for a family, couple or friends. This 2 bedroom (1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds) This property offers a place for relaxing, lazing around, swimming, fishing, snowmobiling, yard games or cozying up by a warm camp fire. Perched on a majestic slab of Canadian Shield, this peaceful waterfront cottage is tucked away for absolute privacy off a quiet country road on Cranberry Lake, near Arden. The cottage features a spacious combination living room/kitchen. The space also features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom off the upper level loft. The bird's nest solarium (accessible via one of the bedrooms), is a great lookout.
