Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found that the house was clean and nicely decorated. Elizabeth and Amy were very responsive and clear with their instructions which made checking in and out very easy!

This house was exactly as pictured with good space for four of us to all have our own room. It was well equipped with supplies and Mary/Joe were very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay. Communication was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating. The property was very clean and adorably decorated. The shower was phenomenal and the beds super comfy. I recently had surgery at Duke hospital, and couldn't have picked a better place to recuperate. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and serene. I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law, who had their own bedroom and bath as did I. The beds were plush and comfy, as were the bath linens. I so enjoyed taking daily walks through the nearby cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive. The location is extremely convenient. Check in and check out were as smooth as cream. There were tenants in the apartment above, and their movements were easily heard. However, I would not hesitate to stay again.

As managers of an airbnb property in GA we are attuned to what makes a place great and Emily's lovely apartment passed the test with flying colors. Lovely furniture, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful linens, and an Olympic sized shower made for a restful and restorative visit. Gloria Ave is a beautiful tree-lined street with gorgeous landscaping. Quiet and a stone's throw from the Duke campus. thanks for a great visit!

Halley & Will's spot is fantastic home base for exploring Durham. Plenty of great, walkable spots and with enough distance from downtown to get some peace & quiet. The place was spotless and looks as new & inviting as the photos show. It was a perfect place to work remotely while spending time exploring Durham and felt like a home away from home. Halley and Will are awesome hosts - super friendly, helpful, and communicative. I would 100% stay here again.

This is our second stay at Misty’s house. The king bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The house is very clean, we had everything we needed, and we love the big sunny backyard. We hope to stay here again next spring.

We had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy and clearly explained, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of space—perfect for our larger group. Everything felt updated and well-maintained, with modern appliances that made cooking and relaxing a breeze. We especially loved spending time on both the front and back porches—they were great spaces to hang out. Communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and even went out of their way to send over laundry detergent when we ran out. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend and enjoyed this house very much. Lots of room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen to cook in and lots to walk to in the area. There are trains that run occasionally so it can be a bit noisy but Brad provides white noise machines in the bedrooms ( we personally did not use them). Brad is a great host and responds quickly to questions!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Greensboro. The home was clean and inviting and provided plenty of space for my family of five. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the enclosed patio and spent much of our days relaxing there. We would definitely return for another trip.

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

Great place to stay in Durham! Great location, well equipped apartment. Hosts (Marcia and Butch) super kind, quick responses, and they even leave great recommendations for groceries, restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Elliott’s. Our favorite places nearby: Foster Street Coffee, Yonder Coffee, pizza at Hutchins Garage, shops at Brightleaf Square, DPAC, Liberty and Plenty Distillery, drinks at Velvet Hippo and cheaper drinks at Dive In. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Kate’s place was neat, clean, comfortable, and had every thing we wanted. It served very well for my needs - to host my parents and my husband and I before commencement weekend. We also played board games and watched a movie - very thoughtful entertainment options for jet lagged people. The high ceilings of the apartment building and plenty of sunlight gave a feel of bright and well-lit room. We had a small issue with the bathroom flush and kate immediately responded and gave us a solution for it. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Will highly recommend!

We were really impressed with Katie's place. It was super clean, tastefully decorated , well-appointed and she had a ton of great recommendations for places to eat. We loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet but close to the downtown area. Parking was easy and plentiful. The Airbnb is super cute and the courtyard is an oasis. We were in Durham for an event and will certainly book again for next year!
