Quel accueil chaleureux ! Antonella porte sur elle la gentillesse , la bonté et la joie de recevoir. Dès l'entrée , vous admirez un jardin luxuriant. Ensuite vous entrez dans une maison décorée avec soin , extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire et même plus dans toutes les pièces. Mille mercis à Antonella et son mari que nous comptons bien retrouver l'année prochaine . Amitiés

Mi sono trovato benissimo, la casa molto funzionale, dotata di tutti i confort con un panorama fenomenale, si trova in zona strategica per raggiungere velocemente tutte le spiagge della zona. Adele si è dimostrata molto disponibile nel consigliarmi i luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti tipici della zona. Consigliatissimo.

Location perfettamente aderente alla descrizione. La casa di Luca è inserita in una piccola oasi dal verde perfettamente curato arricchita da una grande piscina. La distanza dal mare non rappresenta un problema grazie alla presenza di un ampio parcheggio vicino alle spiagge. Ringrazio Luca per la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata. Location consigliata a chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità a due passi da un mare da sogno

Par où commencer… Nicoletta est très accueillante, avec des très bon conseils. Merci beaucoup Nicoletta pour cette semaine incroyable ! Ensuite à l’arrivé, un accueil très chaleureux par les 2 petits chiens c’était merveilleux!! Et le logement était parfait rien à dire pour se reposer c’était le logement parfait, complètement dépaysant vu sur les flamands rose et des chevaux si adorable 😍 Excellent séjour c’était parfait !

Eine großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen in wunderschöner bergiger Natur (also auch schonmal bellende Hunde, gackernde Hühner...). Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse, ein ziemlich großer Pool (Achtung, tief, nichts für zu kleine Kinder), viel Platz auf dem Aussengelände für Volleyball, Tischtennis etc., gepflegter Garten mit Palmen, wirklich schön. Alles sehr sauber, geniales Esszimmer, in dem auch bei größter Hitze immer ein frischer Wind weht. 3km zum nächsten Laden, Nora-Strand ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum superschönen Strand in Chia 30 Minuten. Vermieter sehr sympathisch und immer erreichbar bei Fragen.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Wow, wow, wow - wir waren rundum begeistert! Helen ist eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat viele hilfreiche Tipps, sorgt sich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Wunderbare Kommunikation und gleichzeitig bedacht auf die Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist einzigartig: riesige Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Bequeme Betten, tolles Wohnzimmer. Das Highlight ist der Rundum-Balkon mit Blick auf Olivenhain, Berge und das Meer. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hinweis: Man lebt gemeinsam mit 3 Katzen und einem sehr lebhaften aber unglaublich lieben Hund. Vielen Dank, Helen!

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

🏖️ Onze vakantie bij Francesco was super. We komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf sterk aan als je nood hebt aan rust. 🌄Het verzorgde terrein heeft een prachtig aangelegde tuin/olijfgaard. Het zwembad was altijd heel proper en had een aangename temperatuur. 🛌 Het appartement is groot, heel proper en makkelijk koel te houden dankzij de airco's. de keuken en badkamer zijn goed voorzien van materiaal. Het bed sliep zalig! 🍳Ontbijt is optioneel. De gedekte tafel staat in de schaduw op je te wachten, met prachtig uitzicht. Warme of verse items werden gebracht zodra je aan tafel zat. Alles was heerlijk! Probeer zeker de huisgemaakte yoghurt en de 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communiceert proactief, geeft tips in verband met de omgeving (=een kaart van Sardinië waarop hij vanalles aanduidde). Francesco respecteert je privacy en is nooit opdringerig. Hij is altijd bereikbaar via what's app. Iedereen is er enorm vriendelijk, verwelkomend en behulpzaam. 🙏

En fantastisk takterass med utsikt över hamn och stad. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt och vi kommer absolut tillbaka till denna pärla.

Ho alloggiato una notte in questa casetta super accogliente, poiché mi trovavo in transito per un viaggio di lavoro. L’ho scelta principalmente per la possibilità di avere un posto auto privato, dettaglio molto importante per il mio spostamento. Sono stato accolto in maniera eccellente fin da subito: mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la notte. La casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, facendomi sentire davvero “a casa”, è stata la decorazione pasquale: semplice, graziosa e curata nei dettagli. Sicuramente, se mi ritroverò a passare da quelle parti, saprò chi contattare! Grazie mille!🫶🏻❤️🌷🤗

Casa molto curata e pulitissima. Dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno al mare (dalle stoviglie, pentole, padelle fino a griglia per barbecue). È a pochi minuti di macchina dalla costa, ma non ha vista mare, se non per la stanza con balcone (comunque abbastanza lontana). Gli host sono stati estremamente disponibili e flessibili, accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste. Unica cosa: se si decide di cucinare, la casa risulta molto scomoda per via della sua struttura, che presenta la cucina al piano terra e il patio esterno con il tavolo al piano di sopra (in corrispondenza di una stanza e se bagno); il che costringe a dover portare su e giù tutto il necessario.

Thank you. We enjoyed our quiet night at your place in Cagliari. There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. A quiet place to sleep in the richness of the walled village was exactly what our family wanted. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Christina. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um Cagliari zu erkunden. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, bis hin zur Alexa. Franco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt und hat sofort geantwortet, wenn etwas war. Das Badezimmer muss noch etwas optimiert werden, darum wollte man sich kümmern. Innerhalb des Hauses war es recht ruhig und wir haben uns da wohl und sicher gefühlt! Können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Un appartamento dove ti senti subito a casa! Barbara ha un gusto eccellente nell'arredamento. L'appartamento è molto elegante e allo stesso tempo molto confortevole. Ti senti subito a casa. Barbara è una padrona di casa veramente perfetta e cordiale! <3 La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta: in pochi passi sei al porto, nella zona pedonale, al supermercato e alle fermate dell'autobus per andare direttamente alle spiagge. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Barbara per diverse settimane e mi sono davvero divertito ogni giorno.

I had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's' place. The home was excellent — very neat, clean, and exactly as described. The location was great: peaceful, yet convenient for getting around. It truly felt like good value for the money paid. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
