The cottage was previously owned by the Armstrong family owners of Craigside and Bambrugh Castle. In the past its been a post office and a sweet shop. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

There are many walks right from the door and lots of wildlife to see.

The Fly Fishing lakes at Thrunton are a 2 minute walk from the front door and guests can take advantage of this fantastic fishing venue on their doorstep.
