Lovely spacious and very well equipped first floor apartment- easy allocated parking just below balcony. We loved staying there and the host was wonderful!

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 nights and had an amazing time. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the home is walking distance from “downtown” and less than 200M from a beautiful Sainsburys grocery store. The gardens were very peaceful and tranquil, an absolute joy to look out at. We were initially booked in the basement suite but the garden studio was available on arrival and Sarah gave us the option to change, which we did. She was very gracious and welcoming, provided sundries in the fridge, croissants, granola and other basic groceries for us on arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Simon was very helpful with the check in process. The apartment was beautiful, very bright and spacious, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. We even got our own little balcony with a great view at the river. Great snack/breakfast item collection in the kitchen :D

Me and my partner stay here for 6 weeks as we kept extending our stay , we didn’t want to go back home! that how wonderful the apartment, hosts and the area is . I would highly recommend this stay to anyone even if you’re visiting for 2 nights it’s worth it! I have never felt safer in an AirB&B, so I thankyou for that

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It has been finished to a very high standard and is very spacious. The house has beautiful views over looking a valley and benefits from a south west facing garden which gets the late sun. We would recommend the place to others.

Fabulous and luxurious house in very quiet and private location just outside Aldeburgh. The best equipped place we have stayed, very comfortable beds, lots of towels and all the essentials, we loved it and will definitely go back. You can walk into Aldeburgh, there is a pavement all the way from the end of the track. Central location for the Suffolk coast. Donna was a great host and very responsive.

The house was absolutely lovely. Gorgeous inside and out, and very comfortable to live in. The village is very quiet, but it's only a short drive into Colchester, where you can find tons of things to do. Chris was a great host who made check in easy and made us feel very welcome in his home. Would definitely stay again!

Rachel was a great host, always available for any questions or queries. The house is amazing, we all had an amazing time.
