This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

New Entire Guesthouse

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit with large private deck. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, opposite the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the new comfy innersprung mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind. Past guests have rated our place a ‘Guest Favourite’ and felt right at home

Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, all you need for a great getaway. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, Weber BBQ, Pizza cooker, air fryer. You have your our own private en-suite. Huna Atu (hidden away)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, spacious studio room with queen bed and en-suite. Sit on your private deck and listen for the native Tui that love the large "strawberry" trees, and watch the playful Piwakawaka (fantail) flitting from tree to tree. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful clear waters of the lake, or the popular local bar/restaurant for some refreshments. There is a local (free) tennis court for a game of tennis or pickleball (racquets and paddles available on request)

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
