Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar. Aire acondicionado individual frío/calor 100% durante toda la estancia, en invierno nos puedes solicitar un radiador si no te gusta el aire caliente. La cocina está equipada con placa vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera alta con congelador y dispone de útiles de cocina como cafetera, kettle y tostadora. TV y línea propia de internet. Es un piso espectacular, con una terraza muy bonita, en un edificio muy tranquilo, ubicado justo a 5 min de la estación Diego de Leon que te comunica con toda la ciudad, supermercados y farmacias a tan solo 3 min caminando, es un piso espectacular. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado, es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que esta prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. Cada piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente, cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min, es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
