Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

The Lodge is set in a private, rural, stable environment and 8 mins to Chorleywood tube. A direct train into London is 30 mins. With its large open plan living area, fast WiFi and workspace, many guests work from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a generous sized bedroom. Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

The Sheep Retreat offers a tranquil oasis for those wishing to escape the daily stresses of everyday life. This glamping unit at North Hill Farm is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Featuring all the amenities needed for a couple’s holiday; a king-sized bed, self-contained kitchenette, central heating and smart TV. Outside, you have a hot tub, BBQ with seating area and as an additional bathroom structure you’ll find a toilet and free standing bath - which we like to call ‘the sheep dip’!

We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Beautiful views are found from our Annex in Much Hadham. 10 miles to Stansted Airport and fast trains to London and Cambridge from Bishop's Stortford. Open plan with comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. Smart shower room and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, single hob, sandwich toaster and slow cooker. Clothes hanging rail is downstairs where we ask that you leave your outdoor shoes please.
