La sua conformazione su diversi livelli la rende un'ottima scelta anche per due piccoli nuclei familiari. Si articola al piano terra e al piano mansarda di una più ampia villa, con giardino e parcheggio riservato. Dimenticate l'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. La porzione di villa a voi riservata è di circa 100 mq, oltre alle verande esterne e al giardino.

Casa delle Pleiadi is a lovely little semidetached home, with a double bedroom, a full bathrooms with shower, a spacious living area with a small but functional kitchen, a dining area and a bright and comfy sofa. Outside there is a patio with premium sea views, a spacious terrace with a barbecue area and a dining space. On top of the hill overseeing the marvellous Golfo degli Angeli, it gives you breath taking views over the blue sea. 1 Km from the beach, the supermarket and nearest restaurant!

piccolo paradiso rosa

casa immersa nella natura, la vegetazione mediterranea fa sentire il profumo del lentischio, arbusto tipico della Sardegna,. posto tranquillo,distante circa 300 metri dal mare .La zona e' servita da bus , a pochi chilometri ci sono ristoranti, market, farmacia, pizzerie, frutta e verdure direttamente dal contadino. il clima e' buono, quasi tropicale. la casa e' new entry, ma gestita da Leandro, super host (AMATO DAGLI OSPITI) con 115 ottime recensioni . codice RegioneSardegna IUN R7594..

Modern Home with Spectacular Sea Views

Modern sea view home immersed in lush vegetation just minutes away from some of Sardinia's best beaches. The house comprises of a large living room, two double bedrooms (with Air Conditioning!) , a bedroom with bunk beds, two new bathrooms, a courtyard with outdoor shower,a large garden with BBQ, outdoor shower and private parking . Amazing house with private and heated pool

La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

Kom met het hele gezin, met vrienden of alleen naar dit huis (geheel bischikbaar), om te genieten van zon, zee, strand, lekker eten in gezellige restaurants, mooie winkels, kunst en cultuur in de nabijgelegen stad Cagliari en kom tot rust in deze moderne, van alle gemakken voorziene accommodatie op het geweldig mooie Sardinië. Buiten koken en eten in de achtertuin, chillen in de schaduw onder de patio in de voortuin. Lekker slapen in de koelte van de airconditioning. Kortom; genieten!

Seaview single Villa with Garden

Charming house in the center of Costa Rei, located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. This Villa can host up to 6 people, has a private garden, bbq, a patio and a first floor terrace with splendid sea view. Please note that the 2 floors of the house are not directly connected and that it is necessary to use an external spiral staircase (see published photo) to go up to the first floor of the house.
