Come soak in a relaxing evening on our string-light lit front porch enjoying vibrant sunsets and breathtaking views. Or use this as home base to explore the countless local attractions with over 100 wineries and vineyards nearby, Kerrville downtown (8 min), Fredericksburg main St. (20 min), Bandera (30 min), and so much more. Conveniently within an hour of San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville & only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in 10 minutes. Located 4 miles west of Interstate 10 near Mountain Home, TX, the cottage is decorated in the southwest style and has great view. Sunsets are magical and on full display. Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

This spacious 750 sq. ft one bedroom apartment is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two or bring the family (sleeps up to 6). Enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills along the Guadalupe from this second story cottage overlooking 5+ acres with mature shade trees. Porch with barbecue and fire ring available upon request.
