Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. River Life - Holiday Home with Secluded Riverbank

Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.
