Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

Well exceeded expectations! Jen was amazing, helped with local recommendations and timings of the places around, clear instructions whenever we communicated an overall excellent experience. Myself and my children spent 3 days here including Christmas Day, when we arrived it was decorated Christmas theme, there were Santa sacks, small Xmas tree, fruit, lollies and even some treats for mum. Absolutely in awe with our stay and our smiles will last a long time. Thank you Maryann and Jen for everything 🌸

Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

Thanks Joy for hosting us. We had a great stay in Rotorua and the house was perfect for two of us. We'll definetely come back.

Tina’s place was cozy and tidy. Although we didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she provided us with clear instructions to enter the room. The location was excellent — there were plenty of free, open parking spaces right outside, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center, saving us the trouble of finding parking downtown. We did encounter a small issue with the door lock being a bit tricky to open, but Tina responded quickly and helped us out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Charlie's place was our basecamp for exploring Hobbiton and Rotorua. It was a fantastic stay since the home felt completely brand new and pristine. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were sparkling clean, the living room and dining room were spacious and allowed us to socialize as a family of four adults. So many happy family memories created here ... could not be more satisfied. Thank you Charlie for hosting us!

Donna’s home is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and in a safe, convenient area close to shops ideal for both adults and children. During our stay, I experienced a medical issue and had close family come to support with our baby while my husband cared for me. I missed Donna’s messages on the Airbnb app the next morning and afternoon asking about extra guests. Once I saw them, I explained the situation and assured her they only stayed one night, and I was happy to cover any extra fee. After this we did feel a little unsettled, as neighbors were monitoring our comings and goings. It made us feel watched and impacted our sense of privacy. It would help if the listing mentioned any neighborhood watch or monitoring systems in place. Overall, it’s a lovely home and great for families, we just found the level of observation overwhelming.

Merilyn was proactive with an issue and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being proactive and what you did for us.
