Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Beautiful Battery Point Weene Cottage

Luxury B&B accommodation in newly renovated 1890's cottage on the waterfront in historic Battery Point. 5 minutes walk to the heart of Battery Point and 10 minutes to Salamanca Place. Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.

On the river at picturesque Rose Bay, "Marana" is a luxury home with an amazing view. Enjoy the vista of the Tasman Bridge & magnificent Mount Wellington. With 4 bedrooms, we do not allow guests on lounges or the floor. Maximum 8 guests. No parties & no functions. Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. The MANING REEF HOUSE is located in Sandy Bay’s affluent golden mile, just in walking distance to Wrest Point Casino, Sandy Bay Centre and the popular Nutgrove Beach and opposite a beautiful water edge Reserve. The views are amazing, you have uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge and the Hobart CBD skyline. In Good Company Café is next door. It’s open 6am–3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 6am–10pm from Thursday to Monday.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

A tranquil home away from home, with beautiful bush views, a stream flowing past and a walking track just outside the gate. Only 2 .5kms from Hobart CBD and waterfront.
