Wonderful location, about 20 min from Geneva. The goats are adorable and the property is amazing to check out! The bedding is wonderfully comfortable and the grounds are fantastic! We will definitely be back to this location! The hosts were amazing and we found some amazing gifts to bring home from the gift shop on property.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and the location perfect. We enjoyed spending some time with the hosts and, of course, the dog! Communication was prompt, check-in was easy. All in all, a great experience. Would certainly stay again.

This stay was perfect! She is super friendly and a joy to have as a roommate. Most definitely will stay here again!

Beautiful place to enjoy a sunset and watch deer in the yard. Debbie’s check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

We were very happy with our stay. Mary Rita and Buddy's attitude is basically, "while you're here, our house is your house." They helped us with our luggage, coming and going. Buddy gave us a choice of times for breakfast and it was homemade/delicious. They have been hosting for ten years and it's obvious they enjoy having guests. We had our choice of several restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The only caveat would be for older guests like us (we are in our seventies), which is that the guest rooms are on the third floor and the bathroom is on the second floor and the steps between them are a little steep, so if you are inclined to get up in the night, you should be aware of that. However, that would not stop us from staying here again next time we find ourselves in Cincinnati.

Laura’s place was beautiful, pristine, and comfortable with everything you could have needed or wanted available. Laura herself was pleasant, polite and respectful. It was so nice to chat with her. Definitely a place I would both recommend and stay at again and again.

The best stay we’ve ever had. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Donna is the definition of super-host. She is very kind and friendly, anticipates your every need yet gives you the space to feel comfortable and have your own privacy. Also, she is an incredible cook. My husband said it was the best breakfast he’s had since he can’t remember when… we were in town for a sporting event and it was so much better than a hotel stay. It was just delightful. Thank you for such a great stay!

Angekommen und sich gleich Wohlfühlen wie bei Freunden. Sehr nettes Kennenlernen. Ich war sofort in die beiden Hunde verliebt. Ich habe so super geschlafen, ich hätte weiter schlafen können. Ruhig und ein super Bett. Man konnte mich nur mit den frisch gebratenen Spiegeleier,Bacon und Cafe locken. Es war alles sehr lecker. Danke Sarah und Ron. Ihr seid tolle Menschen. Wenn ihr mal nach Deutschland kommt, meldet Euch. Alles Gute für Eure Zukunft.

Robert and Donna were amazing hosts! Both very knowledgeable about the town history and current events/celebrations. Wonderful breakfast and conversations on the weekends. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. 10 out of 10 will be recommending this house to friends and family!

Staying with Sanda was like staying with family. She was engaging and shared openly. She prepared wonderful breakfast each day and welcomed us into her home. In a few short days, we became well acquainted with her property and her family through her tales. We rushed off each day to visit family 40 minutes away, so there was little time to explore the grounds and the river; we’ll just have to come back one day. This was a wonderful four-night stay to witness the eclipse of April 8, 2024. We strongly recommend Shanda’s sweet place to any couple.

The Americana Room we stayed in was adorable. So many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in beautiful settings. A great find! We would love to stay again if we return to Mansfield.

Very much enjoyed staying at Annie's place. Felt right at home. We were treated like one of the family in their beautiful home. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful sunroom as much as we would have liked since we were busy with our conference most of the weekend. Annie and her husband were very gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had two wonderful healthy breakfasts in the sunroom prepared by Annie who is a dietician. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in town and would love to spend more time just relaxing in the home.

Tracy, the manager, is very lovely and gave a warm welcome. I arrived very early to drop off luggage with no problems. The breakfast Tracy cooks is delicious! She is very accommodating to schedules and provides a thoughtful service. I enjoyed the homey and human aspect to the bed and breakfast. Location is very walkable to shopping, bars, and other food.

Bernie and Judy were absolutely wonderful hosts! They made us feel right at home and were so hospitable! We feel so blessed to have met them and the other guests staying at the venue. We really had a great time - and everyone was so welcoming and kind. We definitely recommend them- and this location is just adorable! You can walk right across a quiet street to a beautiful town square with several great restaurants. I absolutely adore the area and love the historical small-town feel. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

I was traveling for a family wedding with my 83-year-old Mother. We chose Carol's place based on its proximity to the venue and could not have been more pleased with the location. In addition, Carol made us feel as welcome as visiting relatives. She was delightful and gave us the run of the house. The house itself is architecturally interesting and stuffed with antiques and collectibles. The suite is quite large and comfortable. Parking is convenient. Thank you Carol for providing us with such a delightful stay and a home away from home!

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und Curt hat uns sehr flexibel, auch die späte Anreise bestmöglich ermöglicht. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fünf von fünf Sternen hat er sich durch seine persönliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Kommunikation sehr verdient. Die Unterkunft ist wie ein kleines Museum, das Curt sehr liebevoll führt. Es war eine schöne Abwechslung aus dem Alltag, vielen Dank, Curt und dir weiterhin gutes Gelingen.

Hillside Villa was an amazing stay! Was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Berlin but also very quiet and peaceful. Was also very easy to find. We had the Hillside View Suite and it was an amazing view. Everything was very clean and above expectations. The owners are very responsive with communication. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Valerie was incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful. Her place is charming and secluded from road noise - highly recommend!

We had a short stay and can’t wait to come back and stay longer. The house is lovely, the grounds are amazing and seeing and hearing the animals on the farm was so fun. Far enough away you feel like you’re out in the country but actually close to all the things you may need.

What an amazing experience! Staying in the train was a dream come true. The host was excellent, the museum world class. Highly recommended.

Lisa's home is like a true peaceful oasis. Really the kind of house I hope to have one day. Everything was beautiful and clean and organized, plus all of the art was gorgeous! It inspired the creative in me and led to a very rejuvenating weekend. Plus, the hosts were super friendly and we had some great conversations. The cats were adorable and entertaining as well. Definitely hope to stay here again someday. Hopefully a weekend with less rain :)

I highly recommend this stay! This property is extremely beautiful. It was so peaceful and private that I could not believe we were just outside the city. It was just a short drive to Delaware, Lewis Center, Dublin, and Columbus.The friendly hosts gave us great local recommendations. The house has many sitting areas to kick back and relax. We especially enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast. I hope to visit again!
