Everything needed to enjoy nature is nearby, including Tuscawaras River access for kayaking or canoeing. Located in a private, 5-acre woods, our camper is set in a sunny opening. Grab your favorite morning beverage and take a stroll to our favorite lookout. A looping trimmed path leads to a bench sitting atop a large glacial rock, overlooking areas frequented by local wildlife.

Stay in our cozy camper located on a quiet dead-end road in Port Clinton! This camper includes a master suite with queen sized bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and an attached half bath. Also included is a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. You can enjoy the double recliners and smart TV in the living room, or relax outside with the Adirondack chairs and fire ring! Everything you need for a great camping experience is right here!

The 2024 Airstream International 28RB Travel Trailer sits beside a beautiful pond with amazing views of the southern Ohio sunsets. It's sits on 120 acres of rolling hills, woods to hike, overlooks a catch and release pond, beautiful sunsets, and private property. Please note: Bookings become weather dependent in late fall. We have to shut down the airstream when it starts to stay around freezing. We will continue to book as long as it’s above freezing temperatures.

The Lux - tiny home w/ jacuzzi in Berlin

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

Manufactured in 2019, she has all the modern amenities PLUS the site has a private hot tub (open year round), fire ring, outdoor (and indoor) shower, and an outdoor kennel for your dogs when you want to go out without them. Warm n Cozy B&O Blue Train caboose with great view

Super cozy B&O Train caboose with amazing views. We just recently completed tricking out our second Caboose. We kept the original bunks in place and we installed a horizontal full-size Murphy bed so it can accommodate up to four people. The Murphy bed converts into a couch when it is in the up position. There is a new propane, grill and chairs on the back deck. It is about 250 total square feet so it is snug quarters!

Cedar Point or Fisherman’s Camper Vacation Rental!

Located right next to our business the Portage River Paddling Company, a kayak and canoe livery and right off of Route 2. Just 25 minutes from Cedar Point and just minutes from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry to Put In Bay. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom camper with electric and water. A convenient and quaint little camper to make your visit enjoyable. People from all walks of life are welcome!
