Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Gelegen in La Valle, op een heuvel met uitzicht op het bergpanorama en de vallei, ligt het appartement Confolia 3 in een typisch alpine woonhuis. Het rustieke vakantieappartement bestaat uit een gezellige keuken met eettafel en hoekbank, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is daarom geschikt voor 5 personen. Tot de voorzieningen behoren ook Wi-Fi en een tv, en op verzoek zijn er ook een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel beschikbaar (gratis).

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
