Gary is a proper gent - very friendly and helpful. The property is close to excellent restaurants and not too far from the main road, but also very nicely tucked away in a secure, quiet reserve. If you're looking for a getaway in the city, you're looking at the right place. Easily accessible in Johannesburg and close to amenities and activities but in a location that is private and beautiful. You'll feel like you're out of the city, while being in it. The place is beautiful and matches the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed my friend's bachelorette weekend.

Such a beautiful property! Seriously, the photos don't do it justice! Gorgeous architecture and design set on a lush, peaceful horse farm. Spent the New Year crossover there in order to get my dog away from the fireworks in my own neighborhood and it was PERFECT! My BumbleBee was so happy. Our hosts were a real pleasure to deal with, so efficient and responsive. And the value for money is incredible. One of the best properties I've ever stayed at for a super reasonable price. Book immediately!! 🩷

An absolutely wonderful weekend at Martens place. Marten was a great host and very responsive. Brave is an absolute star, he made sure we felt right at home and was very helpful. Martens home is really beautiful and exceeds the pictures. The back yard is stunning and so peaceful. It was a cold weekend but we managed to swim abit and loved it. I wish we could have stayed longer, however we already planning to visit again soon. I honestly can't find any faults. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

The house was extremely well equipped - all amenities were modern, plenty of everything, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. The host was extremely communicative and responsive, and staff were in the background to do things we needed. Highly recommended.

As I had said, I wish this was a 3 bedroom apartment. It’s everything and more. The gym is very well equipped and the pool pristine. Security is top call and 6 mins away from Rosebank Mall.

The place was so neat and beautiful, it was home away from home. I wished to extend my stay while i was there. The host was also helpful and proactive. Never struggled to get anything i wanted.

What an enchanting stay at the light house!Jaco was a fantastic host who provided me with lovely moments during my stay.Incredibly attentive in ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible.And an all around radiant human being. We loved this place! It's super close to OR Tambo, making it perfect for a short stay. The apartment is amazing, with everything you need. Mercy was so helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend it, far better than a hotel! We'll definitely be back.

What a hidden gem. Beautiful, well looked after modern cabin next to the river. All you need is there. Place is well stocked with all essentials and even more to keep yourself occupied. We had the best time and felt right at home. Thanks to our host for having us and making sure we had everything we needed. Great experience, will visit again!!!
