We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben die Wohnung und die Lage ( zwischen 3 Metrostationen) sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte gute Möglichkeiten selber zu kochen. Es waren 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe und man war schnell mit der Metro im Zentrum. Wir hatten keine Probleme und daher keinen Bedarf den Eigentümer zu kontakten. Wie schon vorher erwähnt waren die 3 Schlafzimmer toll, die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und das Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus etwas hellhörig. Das war aber Nix was uns großartig gestört hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

¡Una experiencia increíble con Alejandro! Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Alejandro fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Alejandro se mostró muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. El lugar estaba impecable, muy acogedor y con todos los detalles pensados para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Alejandro nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y restaurantes, ¡y no se equivocó en ninguna! Sin duda, fue un anfitrión excepcional que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Gracias por todo, Alejandro. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. Han sido todo facilidades por parte de los anfitriones, tanto para la llegada, como para la salida. En un primer momento habíamos optado por el aparcamiento privado, pero ellos mismos han sido los que nos han indicado que había sitio en la calle (días festivos) y nos han dado la opción de dejarlo en el parking privado solo si necesitábamos. Estamos muy agradecidos por esa parte. El apartamento es más amplio que en las fotos, y tiene de todo. Además la zona es muy tranquila pero con todo lo que se pueda necesitar ( supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, tiendas de alimentación tipo bazar...). Repetiríamos sin duda

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Julianas Wohnung. Die Lage im Quartier Lavapiéz ist perfekt. Nachts war es ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Raquel ist ein sehr offener und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat alles detailliert beschrieben, sodass wir uns schnell zurechtgefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und praktisch durchdacht – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Raquel für die leckere Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung – sie war perfekt nach unserer langen Fahrt!

Fuimos con niños para ir al parque Warner, y la casa estaba cerca y bien comunicada. Con supermercados cercanos. Estuvimos muy comodos en la casa, y el salon de la parte de arriba fue ideal para los juegos de los peques. Justo lo que buscabamos para descansar despues del parque. Olga y Emilio fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Muy recomendable.

Alojamiento muy fiel a las fotos y descripción. La casita estaba muy limpia, ordenada, con muchos juegos y pasatiempos para los niños. Zona muy tranquila para descansar unos días. La comunicación con Reza ha sido maravillosa desde el principio. Sin duda, para repetir. Ana

El pueblo es muy bonito y tiene mucha vida. La casa estaba muy limpia y tiene todo lo necesario, la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro del pueblo. Nos facilitaron una trona y una bañera de bebé lo cual agradecemos mucho. En la planta de arriba hay muchos juguetes y nuestro bebé disfrutó mucho. Como anécdota nos tocó el gran apagón de luz y la barbacoa fue la salvación.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die Menschen sind - gegenüber anderen spanischen Städten - sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren entsetzt, wie wenig die englische Sprache gesprochen wird, vor allem in der Gastronomie. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für vier Personen auch großzügig. Ich würde sie für fünf Personen nicht empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch ist doch sehr unbequem und es fehlt ein fünfter bequemer Stuhl. Auch ist die Wohnung doch weiter weg von der Innenstadt, wie vermutet. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Wohnungsvermieter, ihr wart sehr aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben, trotz Apriltemperaturen sogar den Pool benutzt, sehr erfrischend. Der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung.

Estar en em apartamento de Maria ha sido maravilloso. Ella es muy amable y siempre pendiente si necesitaba algo. El apartamento es una joya: súper bonito, lleno de alma y personalidad, muy luminoso y agradable. El patio lleno de plantas es una delicia. El barrio es tranquilo y con muchos bares y restaurantes rico. Experiencia inmejorable. Muchas gracias Maria!!!! 🙏❤️🥰

El departamento de Carmen es ideal para quienes visitamos Madrid por primera vez, o para quienes quieren tener todo para hacer muy cerca. Las principales atracciones se pueden hacer caminando (igualmente tiene el transporte público a un paso), está lleno de bares y restaurantes, y la zona de tiendas está muy cerca. Así y todo, el departamento es super íntimo y silencioso. Ojalá volvamos pronto a Madrid y al departamento de Carmen!

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great! Location was close to the downtown but located on a quiet street. Apartment was as described, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Diego was super responsive. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Alcalá.

I had a lovely stay at Leo’s place in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city centre and easy to get around. Leo was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Cristina is a host who went above and beyond to help me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Her beautiful apartment is just as it appears in the photos, being both elegant and cosy so my stay was truly relaxing and everything I needed was right there. The neighbourhood is vibrant but laidback and people were friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of charming local restaurants and knowing it was my first time in Madrid Cristina made sure to give me recommendations of the best places to try as well local shops. It is very close to the metro so you are easily connected to the rest of the city, though I did find it very walkable as well. Meandering through the streets, taking in the ambiance it only took 30 minutes to walk home from Plaza Mayor. The city is full of interesting places to visit and staying at Cristina‘s was like the ’cherry on the top’ of my Madrid experience. Thank you so much Cristina for sharing your beautiful home with me.
