There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland. Our quiet & lovely village pub, The Swan is open Friday- Monday. Built in 1874 for the head gardener of Monzie Castle, not only is it located at the end of the castle gardens, it is set in its own beautiful garden. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

Woodside Cottage offers self contained, self catering accommodation with porch, bedroom, kitchen/sitting/dining room and shower room. Continental breakfast, tea, coffee and toiletries are included. We are about four miles from Dunblane in the middle of Cromlix Estate. This is a perfect location from which to visit Edinburgh (48 miles), Glasgow (36 miles), Perth (29 miles), Callander (15 miles) and Stirling (10 miles). Edinburgh Airport is 40 miles away.

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

The Point is a beautifully appointed remote holiday cottage on the banks of Loch Striven, Argyll, Scotland.
