Across the street is the Raven Golf course and North Pond Ice Skating, 6 ski areas within 10-15 minutes. Bike path is in front of the house. With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! All humans are welcome.
