We are small family run site offering a beautiful stay in a traditional Mongolian yurt on the outskirts of Northumberland National Park. Sunshine Lodge is located in the beautiful county of Northumberland based in Percy Wood Park. A perfect Location for a family holidays packed with unforgettable adventures. The space has a modern cosy open plan living area. The Kitchen is well equipped for perfect family meals. Large Master bedroom with a dressing table & wardrobe. The 2nd Bedroom has two single beds & a wardrobe. Outside the private enclosed area is fully equipped for outdoor living includes a luxurious Hot tub seats 5 people.

The Fallows Rest has 2 large bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchen inc coffee machine. The lounge has a 50 inch tv with Netflix, DVD player & WiFi. Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe. Free 18 hole golf for our guests as well as tennis courts and children’s play park. Lots of coastal & country walks right on our doorstep!

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.
