We had a great stay at Leanne’s place! It was clean and as advertised. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Such a great place to stay for a family getaway! The house has absolutely everything we needed. It was warm, spacious and light. The fire is cosy and the showers are super powerful which we loved. We used the outdoor bar table for morning coffee and breakfast. The indoor couches were our favourite for evening wine and a rainy morning. The big dining table was excellent for sit-down meals. The view is beautiful. We could watch the boats and parasailers. The lake, a dairy, a beautiful restaurant and great coffee are just one minute's walk. The walk to Rangatira Point is a short drive away. We didn't get to using the rods or kayaks because of the weather - but we loved that they were there for us. We had all sorts of birds visit, and loved that proximity to nature. We had the best time and would happily go back.

Lovely stay in Taupo! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located not far from the lake and town center. Great amenities and a welcoming host made it even better. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommended!

Sandra and Lance have a beautiful spot on the river. The setting was fantastic. Easy to walk to the river. Toys were provided for my grandchild to play with. Communication was seamless. We would highly recommend this airbnb without reservation.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The backyard was gorgeous and you can view the lake from here and there are cute lights around the back porch. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the sunsets followed by the hot tub afterwards! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come and use the house again. It was ideal for my wife and I and our two daughters and their paretners. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped and in the most wonderful location overlooking the lake. We enjoyed going for walks, cycling, kayaking and swimming and found our time there went far too quickly. Many thanks.

Great place real handy location and private with the reserve out the front. Easy access to the lake. Very cosy place. Beds were very comfy
