A stunning place to escape from the noise and traffic of life. From the moment you walk over the grassy pathway to The Studio the peacefulness and the stunning views wash over you. The Studio offers comfort from the big king size bed to the wonderful shower. Lots of unique artwork which is a feast for the eyes. 10/10

Loved staying in Valley View cottage, what a treat to wake up to the goats and chickens outside the back of the accommodation. Great little fenced yard with tables and chairs that was great as we had our two dogs with us. Brilliant kitchen facilities and nice bathroom. Very clean throughout. Would come again! The only critique I could offer would be to update the welcome pack and message as some of the information offered is out of date.

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. The perfect place to visit Bath... right next door, but super quiet/peaceful. The accommodation is an old house, very authentic, in a beautiful village, all within walking distance. The interior is cosy and modern, large and very well equipped. Perfect for families.

We’ve just come back from staying in NO 1 Linhay cottages, and it was beautiful stay. Everything was clean spotless and had so many lovely little touches that must have gone into this when building and designing the inside. You have everything you need plus more! Love the open plan downstairs which leads into ample outside space and big open patio doors. In the kitchen you even get a coffee machine with pods. And the upstairs bedrooms have plenty of space with both having en-suit bathrooms. Which were lovely and all done to a high spec. We came for our wedding anniversary with our teenage son and our small Cavapoo lady. We also loved the little touch’s outside with include outside games and ping pong. Rob and his dad were extremely friendly when we spoke to them in person when we was there. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for having us.

Such a beautiful place to stay...the views are stunning as is the sunrise every morning...so memorable. Maggie was an exemplary host from booking to check-out and during my 5 week stay made sure that I was comfortable and checked-in with me without being intrusive. It's perfectly situated to explore the area and has wonderful walks from the front door. The home is very clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a long stay. Thankyou, Maggie!

Down for a wedding at Folly Farm, lovely space in wonderful location. Amenities and space ideal for two couples. Easy to find and such tranquility so close to the vibe of Bristol and splendour of Bath. Wandered around the lake direct from the house on the morning of the wedding, having enjoyed dinner at the Pony and Trap (very close) on the Friday evening. Pippa very helpful host.
