We were attending a function nearby, needed somewhere to stay, it fitted the bill exactly, minutes from the venue. Very comfortable, quiet location. I'm sure I'll be back!

We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

We had the most amazing weekend away, the home had everything anyone would need for a short stay! I will definitely return!

Photos don't do this place justice. Lovely, clean caravan on a nice peaceful site with plenty to do for all the family. Comfy beds and super clean throughout. Really enjoyed the decking as we were lucky to have nice weather. Great location for exploring Suffolk. Also thanks to the host for answering any questions we had. 😀 Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

Another lovely stay at Pippa's place, her properties always exceed our expectations. spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, attention to detail. she really does think of absolutely everything! whenever we book a night away we always look to see if one of her beautiful cottages are available. A home from home, a stylish, secluded and comfortable retreat - with all the creature comforts, nice sheets, lovely towels. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed, with all you need and was spotlessly clean. The property is very light and airy with French doors on to a terrace - perfect to wake up to with a cuppa & book to ease into the day! The gardens surrounding the property are thoughtfully landscaped and sensitively planted up and offer a beautiful tranquil setting to the property. As the property is in such close proximity to my family on the beautiful Essex / Suffolk borders and offers reasonable easy access into London via Train from Withham I will certainly be staying again in near future. Thank you Andy & Rob.

What a fabulous stay My family have just had at Lance's lodge. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and the view of the lakes was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable both the en suites were huge! perfectly situated on the quieter side of the site and still only a 5 minute walk to the club house and shop. Debbie the caretaker was excellent. She was very helpful and clearly works very hard to maintain the lodge to such a high standard. We will definitely be looking to come back Asap.
