The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Manu und Mauro sind super tolle Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist sauber und so wie auf den Bildern angegeben. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr viele Hunde, die natürlich auch viel bellen, aber man kommt trotzdem zur Ruhe.

This was a business trip for us and the venue was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were responsive to enquiries. We hadn’t remembered the additional charge for use of the 2nd bedroom and that we needed to pay cash. It was difficult to find an ATM with cash

Massimo‘s place is an absolute stunner. From the balcony facing the piazza, the incredible ceiling height, the tasteful interior, to the fantastic location for exploring Cagliari. Easily in our top 3 of Airbnb‘s we have ever staid in. Highlight was being right in the Sant‘ Efisio Procession Route on May 1st. What a luxury to watch such a spectacular event from your balcony! Cagliari seems to love clean streets and has a complex garbage collection system. Just be sure you can handle the early morning street cleaning noise and of any events on the piazza, as well as have familiarity with complex recycling systems. We could not have had a better stay and will recommend Massimo‘s place to our friends. Thank you, Massimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia alcuni giorni nell'appartamento di Claudia. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host. L' appartamento è confortevole e corrisponde alla descrizione. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi. La macchina l'abbiamo utilizzata solamente per visitare le spiagge della zona.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Terrasse so möbliert, dass man dort gut sitzen und diesen genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Paola lief hervorragend. Der Ort ist im Winter sehr ruhig, dass der Supermarkt und die Restaurants geschlossen haben, hat Paola uns vorher mitgeteilt.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Alessia hat uns herzlich empfangen (inklusive sardischer Spezialitäten) und uns viele tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr familienfreundlich, mit Spielzeug, extra Decken und allem, was man braucht. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe in jedem Detail steckt. Als der Wasserkocher bei Ankunft nicht funktionierte, brachte Alessia am nächsten Morgen direkt einen neuen vorbei. Sehr zuvorkommend! Der Garten läd zum Verweilen ein, inklusive Holzkohlegrill und Tischkicker. Vielen Dank an Alessia, Christian und Daniela – wir haben uns wie Familie gefühlt, unglaublich wohl und willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! A presto! Tipp: Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Cagliari entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Sardinien mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden.

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Strand! Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffeekocher, Gefrierfach,...). Das klare Highlight ist definitiv die Lage: Von der Terrasse bzw. auch aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Von da sind es dann auch nur ein paar Schritte bis ins Wasser - herrlich! Auch sehr praktisch ist die abgezäunte Außendusche nach dem Baden. Federica hat immer schnell geantwortet, sodass wir uns gut betreut gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen! Unser Tipp für die Anreisen: Wir empfehlen vom Flughafen Cagliari mit dem Auto unbedingt die Route über die Küstenstraße und nicht durchs Gebirge zu nehmen (das ist nämlich extrem kurvig, wie wir feststellen mussten ^^). Außerdem ist die Straße auf den letzten Metern zum Haus nicht befestigt. Da lohnt sich wahrscheinlich ein ein bisschen geländefähigeres Auto, wenn man eins mietet (wobei wir es auch mit einem Fiat Panda gemeistert haben).

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Casa in cui abbiamo lasciato il cuore, era come essere a casa, provvista di ogni confort, arredata con amore e dotata veramente di tutto, persino piastra x capelli phoon e tutto il necessario x la cucina olio,sale,ecc… la macchina del caffè con le cialde, e accessori x il mare ( ombrelloni per chi non lo avesse e giochi x bambini) casa vicino al centro circa 10 minuti a piedi( ma noi ci siamo sempre mossi in auto) ma lontano dal caos, parcheggio riservato all’ interno del garage comodissimo perché in giro i parcheggi sono introvabili. La casa è stupenda dotata di ben 3 bagni comodissimo sia quello nel garage che quello in camera da letto. Pulizia impeccabile. Davide e alessia che dire, persone gentilissime ci hanno accolto con calore facendoci persino trovare bibite nel frigo e dolcetti di benvenuto. Sempre disponibili Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi vuole soggiornare in questa zona. Sfido a trovare di meglio.

This place is right across the street from a wonderful beach. The house was clean and looked like the photos. The just met us at the property to show us around and was very friendly. He was also very flexible with check out and we were able to get a late checkout. There is a trail on the far side of the beach that leads up around the hill side to another rocky beach. The house next door was doing renovations and you could hear some of the construction noise, but it was never too loud or at night. The house is about a 5 minute drive to Pula which is a very charming town. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottimo appartamento per familgie o coppie di amici: 3 stanze due bagni. Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio. Utile per chi vuole utilizzare Cagliari come base per poi visitare i dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Host preciso e puntuale nelle risposte.

Ottimo soggiorno di 2 notti. Alloggio piccolino ma funzionale situato in un punto strategico ottimale. Completa la disponibilità di un servizio cucina soddisfacente.
