A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

The apartment offers stylish, comfortable living with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 way bathroom (separate toilet) and open space kitchen and living area. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed and bedroom 2 contains a double bed bunk on the bottom with single bed on top. Laundry with washing machine and clothes horse. Easy check in with key safe.
