It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

Great accomodation for a family of 6.

Really recommend this place. House is well maintained and all essentials are there. Since this is near to the centre you can easily reach here. The host was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to pick up my friend from the station and ensuring he reached the venue when we were running late.

We had a wonderdul stay. It was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Very neat and clean. Car parking space is available. Extra cars can be accomodated easily just outside the property.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable.
