Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Willkommen in unserer Kate in Mönkebude – Mönke´s Kate und Meer – am Stettiner Haff der Ostsee Ihnen steht unsere denkmalsgeschützte Kate am Meer zu Ihrer Erholung zur Verfügung. Die Kate wurde ca. 1850 als Erweiterung für das ehemalige große Scheunenhaus einer Fischerfamilie von Mönkebude errichtet und bis ca. 1982 zum Wohnen genutzt. Heute erholen sich unsere Gäste zwischen den alten Fachwerkwänden aus Ziegeln, lehmverputzten Wänden und unter dem schönen Reeth-Dach auf ca. 80 qm Wohnfläche.

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Apartment "Madeleine" in Usedom | Koserow

The apartment Madeleine is located in close proximity to the sea in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. A short walk through the town with its cafes, restaurants and shops takes you directly to the wide, white sandy beach with the beautiful pier. From there you have wonderful hiking routes along the steep coast, bike paths for day trips and the famous salt huts. The apartment is 65 m² in size, fully equipped, with a balcony for breakfast, sunbathing and relaxation.

Eine gemütliche, reetgedeckte, denkmalgeschützte Fachwerkkate in einem 6.000 qm großen, parkartigen Garten mit Teich. Der Garten liegt abgeschieden hinter einer Mauer. Die Graue Kate gehört zu einer Anlage mit denkmalgeschützten Katen. Sie ist die größte der drei zu mietenden Häuser. Hunde sind uns willkommen. Rudern auf dem Teich, reifes Obst von den Bäumen pflücken, Angeln und den gefangenen Fisch gleich auf den Gartengrill: Genuss pur, in aller Seelenruhe!

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Ganz gleich ob allein, zu zweit oder mit der Familie, bei uns findest Du Ruhe und Entspannung. Unsere individuellen Cabins mit 28qm liegen fußläufig zum Tollensesee und bieten einen herrlichen Ausblick über das Naturschutzgebiet Nonnenhof. Schalte die Zeit aus und verliere dich inmitten Vogelgezwitscher und Insektenbrummen. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und ein fantastischer Sternenhimmel inkludiert.
