L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.

Het charmante huis heeft uitzicht op de bergen en bestaat uit een open woonkamer met toegang tot een privéterras op de begane grond, een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers (waarvan één met 2 eenpersoonsbedden) en een badkamer met een douche, een bidet en een toilet.
