Mysig ruffig husbåt med 2 rum och kök i trendiga Ringön som ligger bara en hållplats från Skandinaviens största köpcentrum Nordstan. Båten är under konstruktion under hösten 25 kommer en del målning och upprustning ske, ÖVERSEENDE UPPSKATTAS. Dessutom finnes AppleTV Samt lite tv spel för regniga dagar. Uteplats med grill finnes. Varning för fest i området. Då det är en familjebåt turas vi om att sköta uthyrningen lite. Tänk på att bokar rätt antal gäster som kommer. Läs gärna även"annan info"

Området är lite alternativt i ett ”up and coming” industriområde med lokala bryggerier, konsthallar, gatukonst och stadsodlingar. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Sleep at Sea

Detta unika boendet ger dig möjlighet att njuta av västkusten på bästa sett! Båten ligger vid brygga på Smögens norra del med landström och kylskåp. Båtplatsen är privat i en lugn hamn där det inte godtas hög musik! Egna sängkläder medtages. Beroende av årstid/månad kan boendet variera ifrån öst till väst 500m. Sandbogen (Kungshamn) är den andra! Dubbelkolla alltid vid bokning för aktuell plats! Vistelsen sker på egen risk och individuell försäkring krävs! Hyr jacuzzi för 600:-/natt

The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think! Cleaning is included in the price.
