Die Villa hat eine umlaufende Terrasse mit wahnsinnigem Blick auf das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang! Highlight ist der private Infinty-Pool (4x9m) im zugehörigen Garten.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

As a standard It offers 2 quiet double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, access to the large, finely maintained garden, dining area and kitchenette. Upon request, a third bedroom is available at an additional cost for the 5th an 6th guests.

Het charmante vakantiehuis Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, in het zuiden van Sardinië, is de ideale accommodatie voor een ontspannen vakantie met uitzicht op zee. Het vakantiehuis van 50 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 5 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn airconditioning, een ventilator, een wasmachine en een tv. Een kinderstoel is ook beschikbaar.

Villa Buongusto is onafhankelijk en smaakvol ingericht. Het huis ligt op slechts 300 meter van het strand. Met zijn 10 km wit zand is Costa Rei een van de mooiste baaien in de Middellandse Zee en, zoals vermeld in de Lonely Planet-gids, zelfs ter wereld. Het strand is wit, het water is kristalhelder en het water is erg ondiep - ideaal voor kinderen.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
