The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Welcome! We are happy to host you in our separate, detached, private bedroom with separate bath. This unit is attached to our garage. It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

We took extra care to make sure every detail was thought of to make you as comfortable as you would be in a fine hotel. We've included extras like ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a patio table and chairs, family board games, books to read, and children’s plastic kitchen ware. We do not live here, but live very close by.

Omega Bed and Breakfast

Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. More parking is available, if needed. Check out local attractions online.

We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
