Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Florida! The location was great for us — We have two smaller kids so we spent much more time at the pool than the beach so we didn't need it to be walkable, it was just a short drive away, and there was easy parking near the public beach access. The house itself was nicely decorated. We especially loved the pool and hot tub.. We had an issue on the first day with the hot tub and the owners were also incredibly responsive and quick to communicate with us, making sure it was quickly fixed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of towels provided, which made our stay even more convenient. One of our pet peeves with renting houses is when the owners make you do a long list of chores before checking out. This house was the opposite, just a few simple requests, the check out was so easy which is such an added bonus! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida!

We enjoyed our recent stay at William’s home. It was centrally located to Newport News, Yorktown and Norfolk. The cost and ability to rent for only two days over a weekend was very helpful when traveling with three children needing two separate rooms. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the backyard.

Group of Golden Girl high school friends who loved separate sleeping accommodations and the location. House was very quaint and convenient and clean. We absolutely had a ball…almost perfect weather…loved the yard bunnies! If we get a chance to return, we would definitely stay here. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Very nice place. Super Clean. Very close to the heart of Wynwood, although the area can look a bit sketchy at night so wouldn't recommend walking to and from nightclubs if not in a big group. Def will be staying there again.

Nestor ist sehr angenehm, nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben ordentlich, schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Der Weg von bzw. zur Bushaltestelle nach New York rein ist steil, man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, es gibt allerdings auch noch einen einfacheren Weg mit der Stadtbahn, die direkt zum Port Imperial fährt. Von dort erreicht man New York sehr gut mit der Fähre. Jersey City und Hoboken sind perfekt zu erreichen, eine kleine Einkaufsmeile mit vielen kleinen Läden ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Host, die jeden Zent wert ist! Danke Nestor für diese Erfahrung.

Sal’s place was absolutely stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, it felt like a home away from home. Sal was a fantastic host—very quick to respond to any questions and super helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location was convenient and quiet. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept space with a thoughtful and responsive host.

My sister and cousin occupied this unit (my husband and I were staying downstairs in another unit of Milton’s) and they loved it. The apartment was a great size…plenty of room for them. The bed was very comfortable. About a five minute walk to the subway…which got them to the theater district in about 20 minutes. Their only complaint was they found the stairs tricky to navigate with their luggage- the unit being on the second floor. Milton made check-in extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

Alex’s place felt like home for my families Spring break vacation. Location was convenient for our busy itinerary. Beds were comfortable, and Alex was responsive to my minor inquiries. I will certainly rebook when visiting the area!

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

This place is exactly as described: “Absolutely heavenly”. While the condo is just a bit off the beaten path - you can’t walk to any restaurants or stores - the setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop terrace can only be described as incredibly amazing. The condo is very well maintained, very close to the airport, close to all of the main beaches in Puerto Plata., and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. However, my primary reason for sharing this review online is to share with any potential renters that there is a hidden gem located just a few minutes from this condo. That hidden gem is Playa Alicia. While there are many beautiful beaches in Puerto Plata, this one small beach is awesome. On a map you will note that it is just to the east of Sosua. It is a much smaller beach, very intimate, the water is crystal clear, and there are no rocks. As a traveler this is the kind of information I appreciate the most.

I had a month long stay to relax, clear my mind and Irina's place was just what the doctor ordered. Amazing views and quiet, which makes it easy to hear the waves. I will definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do it justice. We've stayed in many, many condos (some in the same resort) and absolutely loved the space. The floor plan is free of clutter and is very open and spacious. Yelena, the host, was incredibly accommodating and absolutely wonderful. We seldom stay at the same place twice but her spot we'll definitely be revisiting soon! Typically we shy away from not being on the beach but the beach is extremely accessible and the multiple pools gave us all the options we could have asked for. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
