New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. Super Cute-Tiny House located minutes away from Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Perfect for kayakers, snorkelers and divers to easily access the local springs in the area. We are close to Poe, Blue, Ginnie, Itchtucknee Springs and more. Perfect nights are spent looking at the stars and enjoying the fire pit and grill right off of the wood deck. The tiny house is located at a local campground with a super clean community bath house and laundry for longer stays. It's a quiet, friendly area.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly!
