E' situato nella zona più prestigiosa di Bologna: a pochi passi dai Giardini Margherita e dalla rinomata Via Castiglione, da cui si raggiungono le Due Torri in circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'entrata è semi indipendente in una tipica palazzina bolognese, l'ingresso è al primo piano e il resto degli ambienti al secondo ed ultimo piano.

Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
