A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. The guest room can be made up for adult or child guests. The living space is upstairs and open plan with a sofa bed and log burner.

Beautiful downland walks close by , a historic windmill , village shop and Micro bar at the top of the hill .
